Dynamic rapper, singer, and songwriter, Money Badoo is back with a fresh sound as she releases her brand new single, "Don't Call Me," featuring The Woodź & gTbeats. “Don’t Call Me” marks a significant moment in Money Badoo's career as her first venture into Afropop, blending her signature style with vibrant, infectious beats. Single goes out via Paradise Sound System. 


"Don't Call Me" is a deep dive into modern-day relationships and the complexities of internet love in the digital age. Money Badoo captures the essence of situationships, infusing the track with the raw emotions of a breakup. "The message is about internet love in the age of technology, situationship dynamics, and ultimately, it's a breakup song," explains Money Badoo. She adds, "I wrote this song from a very real place and hope 'Don't Call Me' resonates with people and encourages them to leave situations or situationships that don’t serve them any longer!"

The collaboration with The Woodź adds an exciting dimension to the track. "He was such a great addition to the song," says Money Badoo. The single is produced by gTbeats, who has once again proven his prowess by creating a soundscape that brings Money Badoo's vision to life.

Money Badoo is a multi-talented rapper, singer, songwriter, stylist, and creative director from Ennerdale, South Africa. Raised across various parts of Johannesburg, Money Badoo's eclectic background is reflected in her music and fashion, which merge abstract creativity with relatable themes. Her musical journey began at the age of 12, singing in church, before evolving into writing poetry and rapping.


Money Badoo's career took off with the release of her debut single "All My Friends" in 2019, a track that captured the attention of industry heavyweights, including Ebro, who featured the song on 'The Ebro Show' on Apple Music. In 2020, she teamed up with her friend and collaborator, Sauwcy, to release the trap EP MK-Ultra. Since then, Money Badoo has collaborated with some of South Africa’s most promising artists, including Blxckie, lordkez, and Doowap, further cementing her place in the industry with her debut project, PORN$TAR. The release was followed by the joint EP with producer NOTBENJAMIN called CI2TG (Charge It 2 The Game).

Beyond music, Money Badoo is an accomplished stylist, visual artist, and photographer. She gained national recognition through Canon’s reality series "Picture Perfect," where she showcased her creative talents behind the camera and emerged as the winner. This achievement propelled her to collaborations with top fashion brands like Mugler, H&M, and Puma. Most recently, she was cast in "Love & Hip-Hop: South Africa," the first instalment of the popular franchise on the continent.

With a multifaceted approach to her artistry, Money Badoo continues to break boundaries and set new standards in the music and fashion industries.
